Higher vibration speeds than conventional round drives.
Fine adjustment of piezoelectric vibration characteristics.
Fine vibration amplitude from 4µm
Compatible and interchangeable with our electromagnetic vibratory rotary actuators RA.CVC-100 (or identical size, external dimensions and mounting positions)
