Driven by an ITALPLANT indexer with globoidal cam, able to guarantee a movement ensured by a variety of movement laws (MS, MS20, MT, CYC, etc.), both standard and customized, customers have the highest level of reliability.
The indexers are driven by a worm gear and a three-phase brake motor or, if desired, by a servo motor provided by us with its driver. The type of movement can be either continuous or periodic, with much longer dwell times and individual length. Moreover, it is possible to couple the conveyor with ITALPLANT Pick and Place of PR or IP series, which is able to perform loading/unloading cycles, synchronized with the conveyor.
In order to meet exactly the requirements of the customer, ITALPLANT can carry out a complete project that includes not only the complete system conveyor - placer with motorization, but also the base and tools that fit on the links, or other components for loading and unloading.
