The ability to distribute droplets with a diameter smaller than that of a human hair (less than 150 microns) on the substrate with exceptional consistency, repeatability and the shortest cycle times simultaneously improves throughput and reduces production costs.

Mode of operation:

Each VERMES microdispensing valve contains a piezo element of the latest generation, which is activated by a control unit during dispensing. With each pulse, the piezo element opens and closes a nozzle by means of a tappet. The tappet is directly connected to the piezo stack via a sophisticated lever device and thus transmits the full force of the piezo to the metering medium flowing under pressure to the nozzle. Due to the extremely fast and precise up and down movement of the piezo stack, several hundred shots can be dispensed within one second with maximum repeatability. In contrast to the low and medium viscosity systems, the MDS 3200⁺ is open in rest mode (Normally Open).

Powerful: A sophisticated deflection device transmits the force of the piezo to the medium, enabling it to jet media in the highest viscosity ranges. This generates a pressure of up to 1,000 bar on the medium.
Flexible: The modular design allows the MDS 3200⁺ to be configured according to customer specifications. The same valve can be used in different processes and for a wide variety of dispensing media by exchanging a few accessories.
A large selection of nozzles is available for a wide range of media and droplet sizes.
Various tappet can be used to best meet dispensing requirements.
Several materials are available to ensure media compatibility in virtually all cases.
