The MDS 3020⁺-Series offers a number of important benefits, including modular design, real-time adjustment and easy maintenance.

The modular design of the MDS 3020⁺ system, as well as the freely selectable settings of the jet parameters, create a flexible application for fluids with low and medium viscosity.

It allows user-defined valve configurations to be generated based on a selection of nozzles and fluidics for the respective dosing medium and desired droplet size.

The MDC 3090⁺ system controller can be used for all valves of the MDV 3010⁺ and the MDV 3020⁺ series.

Piezo technology speeds up the dispensing cycle with extremely fast valve opening and closing times, resulting in highest throughput and improved system performance.

The system executes the most complex dispensing patterns with lines of varying widths and adjusts droplet size and dispensing speed at any time. Several hundred shots can be dispensed within one second with the highest repeatability up to a viscosity of 8,000 mPas.

The solution is ideally suited for micro applications with complex functions, fast and high-precision production processes where precise application of high-quality media is essential.

The unique ram suspension of the MDS 3020⁺ series offers an enormous reduction in wear and maximum stability, even when using highly abrasion-resistant materials.

Optionally, a nozzle heater can be added at any time, which works perfectly with the external VERMES Microdispensing Multifunction Controller MFC 3000 and the Heating Controller MHC 48 Series.
