Conveyor belt with area camera

The combination of classic motorized conveyor belts and area scan cameras represents a very efficient, powerful and highly flexible feeding solution. The parts detection and sorting function by programming the image processing and the handling module (axis system, robot or cobots) can be static or dynamic.

By intelligently linking the feeder, camera system and suitable robot with the appropriate software, we achieve a flexible and powerful solution for diverse applications with the shortest cycle times.

We can feed, inspect, separate and handle medium-sized and large dimensionally stable components with a wide variety of geometries, external shapes and sizes flexibly and in the correct position.

This flexible feeding solution is suitable for various parts, such as:

• • Medium flat rings and O-rings
  • Medium size flat discs, wheels and gears
  • Medium-sized turned parts such as pins, shafts, plug elements, contacts, sleeves
  • Various three-dimensional molds such as injection molded parts or milled parts
  • Cylindrical and rectangular shapes, component size from 10 to 200mm
  • The device can be optionally equipped with bunker system
  • Control box with PLC control, encoder, camera, handling module with axis systems or
  • Industrial robot, power supply, control cards, amplifiers, valves and IO's (optionally available)
