Feed module with area scan camera

The combination of classic vibratory bowl feeder and area scan camera can greatly increase the degree of flexibility of a conventional feeding solution. The programming of the image processing of the parts detection and sorting out function can be static or dynamic.

We can feed, inspect and separate small and medium-sized parts with a wide variety of geometries, external shapes and sizes flexibly and in the correct position.

This flexible feeding solution is suitable for various parts, such as:

    • flat rings and O-rings
    • flat discs, wheels and gears
    • Turned parts such as pins, shafts, plug elements, contacts, sleeves
    • Various three-dimensional molds such as injection molded parts or milled parts
    • Cylindrical and rectangular shapes, component size from 0.50 to 50.00mm
    • The device can be optionally equipped with bunker system
    • Control box with PLC control, camera, power supply, control cards, amplifiers, valves and IO's are optionally available
