Flex feeder with area camera

For further demanding tasks in feeding technology, we offer the integration and commissioning of flexfeeders, preferably of the Flexfactory or Asyril brands, as an extension to the conventional and flexible feeding solutions.

These flex feeder solutions represent complete, flexible system solutions and consist of a feeder device, handling module with axis system or industrial robot, camera system with image processing and software programming.

Bulk parts are moved, flipped and permanently redistributed in interval operation by controlled pulses of a vibrating plate. The continuously changing orientation of the components is detected by image processing, checked, and finally made available for further processing in the correct position by a removal device.
