Safety function SOTL+ATT:
All rotary table series can be optionally equipped with the patented safety output torque limiter, which is the only toroidal rotary table with a synchronous clutch that protects the mechanism in the event of a malfunction.
With the patented system of the safety output torque limiter, it is possible to protect the roller tappets of the indexer in case of external jamming on the moving measuring plates/arms/conveyors.
The protection is possible thanks to a clutch located inside the turntable mechanism, which in case of blockage - after reaching a maximum permissible torque, which can be set manually - switches off the internal mechanism, triggers an electrical emergency signal, and thus protects the turntable. Thanks to this function, the warranty on the turntables is 5 years.
