O-ring assembly

The device brings relief in the manual assembly of O-rings with a wide range of diameters and thicknesses. With its very simple handling and small size, the device can be used wherever compressed air is available. The conversion for the assembly of the respective O-rings is easy and quick to handle.

The mounting device is compatible for different materials and part size:

O-ring cord thickness: from 0.2 to 5 mm
O-ring inner diameter : from 5 to 50 mm (standard)
O-ring inner diameter : from 0.80mm (special version optionally available)

Various designs are available:

As manual device, assembly device with hand or foot operation
As semi- or fully automatic, assembly unit built into the table with feeding module and handling gripper
