The MTS 100 transfer system from Lanco is a workpiece carrier-oriented conveyor solution that was Special developed for the flexible design of assembly and testing systems. It is suitable for manual workstations as well as for semi- or fully automated production lines.

Thanks to its modular design, the MTS 100 can be adapted precisely to individual requirements and developed in line with the production process. The side guide allows unrestricted accessibility from below, which is particularly advantageous for compact systems.

The system is very energy-efficient. The use of spur gears and roller-guided conveyor belts saves over 50% of the drive energy compared to conventional transfer systems. At the same time, an automatic belt tensioner ensures short maintenance times and quick belt changes.
